The role of the SBLT is to develop site-level planning, budgeting, and monitoring of categorical programs so as to meet the learning needs of all students. The SBLT meets normally on the second Tuesday of the month at 4:00 PM.  Agendas are available on request.
 
The Site Based Leadership Team consists of:
  • 3 community members and
  • 2 school staff members
SBLT nomination forms are sent out at the beginning of the school year.

California Education Code and the federal No Child Left Behind Act required that each school create a Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). Its purpose is to raise the academic performance of all students to the level of state achievement standards
